HR & Finance Executive

HUMAN RESOURCES
Conduct background checks and reference checks to verify employment history.
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including coordinating paperwork, setting up orientations, and conducting employee introductions.
Provide new hires with necessary information, such as company policies, procedures, and benefits.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, conflicts, and grievances.
Investigate and resolve employee complaints and conflicts in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Promote positive employee relations and foster a healthy work environment.
Mediate disputes between employees or between employees and management.
Develop and implement performance management programs and processes, including performance appraisals and goal-setting.
Identify training needs and develop or coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and training records.
Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.
FINANCE
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Maintain and update the general ledger to record financial transactions accurately.
Review and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Prepare journal entries and adjustments to reflect the financial position of the organization.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
Monitor and manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payment to vendors and suppliers.
Analyze financial data, trends, and performance indicators to provide insights and recommendations.
Prepare variance analysis reports comparing actual financial results to budgets or forecasts.
Identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue optimization, and process improvements.
Assist in the development and preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring documentation is complete and readily accessible.
Provide financial insights and support to management for decision-making.
Conduct financial feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and financial modeling.
Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, business initiatives, and strategic plans.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
**Salary**: RM2,100.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
