Account Executive

**Job Purposes**:
Assisting in making financial decisions, collecting, tracking, and correcting company finances. Responsible for financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year
**Job Descriptions**:
- Tracking company account payments and expenditures
- Preparing budjet forecasts and recording assets, liabilities, and equity for company account analysis
- Processing payments and tax returns
- Managing all accounting transactions and overseeing key calculations and profit/loss statements
- Reporting financial statements according to set timelines
- Handling monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings
- Ensuring timely bank payments
- Reporting company financial performance and liquidity
- Auditing financial transactions and documents
- Auditing financial transactions and documents
- Analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and liabilities to forecast future income and expenses
- Reporting organizational finances to management and offering recommendations on usage, tax strategies, and assumptions for budget forecasts
- Receiving and executing any tasks directed by the Head of Department
- Monitoring company project financial movements and ensuring payment updates are always current
- Providing SOPs for the Accounting Department
**Requirements**:
- Minimum diploma in Office Administration/Accounting/Finance or any related field from government-recognized public and private institutions.
- Proficient in using electronic equipment such as computers and computer software.
