**Jobs & Responsibilities**:

- Assisting Account Department in AR & AP functions.
- Inputting billing from sub-contractor, clients into SQL system.
- Provides administrative support for the executive
- Support office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Support teams with various administrative tasks (e.g.: leave record, attendance record, personal information filling and etc.)
- Performs additional job-related duties as assigned
- Ad hoc tasks assigned from time-to-time being.
- Some maintenance works
- Issue PO for operation department

**Key Requirements**:

- Required spoken and written language(s)**:Mandarin, English**, Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least two (2) years’ experience in administration works; fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Good skills with Microsoft Office (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
- Knowledge of _**SQL system**_ is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to based/ work at **Sungai Buloh**
- Able to work in a **fast-paced environment** that requires **multi-tasking**.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
