**Responsibilities**:

- Managing incoming calls
- Liaison with the production department, and logistic department for ordering and invoicing issues.
- Handling ordering, issuing sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and follow-up back orders.
- Key in delivery orders and invoices to the billing system.
- Posting and filling DO and Invoices.
- Maintain files and records, keep them easily accessible and updated
- Liaise with the account department for invoice billing
- Submit documents on a daily basis/weekly basis.
- Liaising Sales Team and procurement team on orders
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the factory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
