**Job Description**:
- Prepare and manage sales document: sales order, delivery order, invoice,
purchase order etc.
- Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Managers and Senior
Management
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Data entry
- Liaise with warehouse regarding stocks, orders, & other related matters.
- Develop and maintain a proper filing system.
- Assist in office daily operations and general administrative tasks
