Experience: preferred 1-year experience in FMCG company,
Qualification: Minimum SPM
Skill: Microsoft Office, Minimal knowledge of accounting software SQL & DMS. (Training will be given during the first week)
Basic Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00
Benefit: Bonus / EPF / Socso / EIS
Company Mobile Phone is provided.
Working Days: (Monday - Saturday)
Working Hours: 08:30 - 18.00pm (Mon. - Fri) 08:30 - 13:00pm (Saturday)
Language Spoken & Written: English / Bahasa Malaysia (Optional - Chinese)
Individual Qualities: Good Communication Skills & Attitude, Honest & Teachable.
Sales admin need to:
- Support the Sales team
- Check DMS for the Sales orders.
- Check customer Terms & Credit limit to release invoice.
- Print invoice & remark invoice
- Invoice filing & invoice system posting
- Report sales invoice status (been printed, been delivered, or pending to deliver)
- Communicate with the warehouse if there is any delivery issue.
- To report to the supplier.
