Our client is a one-stop advertising and digital printing hub company. Their main office is located in Sungai Buloh, Selangor, Malaysia. They provide a wide range of services such as UV flatbed printing, digital cutting, canvas printing, signage, large format printing, advertising display system, packaging, display system, etc.
Position: Admin
Location: Sungai Buloh
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Customer billing
- Communicate with sales person
- Handle and attend customer and sales calls.
- Generate and send invoices to customers.
- Provide simple sales record
- Chase Payment
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Good attitude & responsibility
- Willing to learn
- Know to use all of Microsoft software
- SPM and above
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
- Able to work independently
- Responsible for office administration & clerical work
REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic: RM 2,200 to RM 3,500
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Benefit:
Annual Leave, Outpatient Medical Claims, Bonus etc
Working Days: 6 days' work week (Mon to Saturday)
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Saturday)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,500.67 - RM7,354.23 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sungai Buloh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
