Our client, a reputable **Workspace Designer & Office Furniture Manufacturer** established in 1995 that has worked towards creating the most effective and functional workspaces for their clients. They have been growing rapidly over the years due to the high market demand and they are currently seeking a passionate **Admin Assistant** to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their operation team to provide administrative assistance for the department.

- **Responsibilities**:_
- Print, Arrange, Check and Filing of Sales Orders & Delivery Orders
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the operations and sales department
- Prepare CCGRF (Customer Confirmation Goods Receive Form) for each billing
- Perform data entry into system and maintain a proper filing & documentation system
- Assist in arrangement of showroom display request to the showroom & follow up with salesperson on the outcome

- **Additional Information/ Requirement**:_
- Minimum a SPM/ Diploma in any field of study
- No work experience is required, as on-job training will be provided
- Possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Possess good attitude and willing to learn
