FRONT - DESK ADMIN JOB VACANCY | J&T EXPRESS SUNGAI BULOH

1. Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

3. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material

4. Responsible for servicing customer’s delivery, packing and shipping

5. Responsible for receiving customer’s orders to arrange dispatchers pick up

6. Maintain a relationship with the business co-operator

7. Monitoring and ensuring the operation and parcel pick - up procedure of the Drop Point run smoothly

8. Prepare and deliver daily, weekly and monthly collection report

9. To assist on collection of DFOD/COD from the dispatcher and assist the receiver to come collect the parcel

10. To ensure the standard operating procedures are followed at all times

11. Responsible to do other ad-hoc duties when required
