Administrative Executive

**JOB SUMMARY**
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the school.
- Manage the scheduling and handling of the purchase, receipt, dispatch and delivery of goods and/or services, and update the relevant systems as required
- Oversees work done by junior Admin staff and ensure work produced is accurate and adheres to stipulated guidelines
- Assists in coordinating personnel matters and managing personnel administration for all school staff such as engaging of relief staff and management of leave matters
- Assists in procurement of goods and services as required by the schools and the management of agreements/contracts for workshops, canteen, canteen vendors or any other parties as may arise
- Supports the streamline of processes to ensure the smooth operation of the Front Office
- Composes routine letters and memoranda
- Provides word-processing and secretarial support
- Liaises with external sources such as customers and suppliers in order to resolve non-routine queries and problems
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree or Diploma in Administration/Management.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in administrative role, preferably in school setting
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
