Personal Assistant to the CEO will assume a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer in managing their daily activities, ensuring seamless communication, and facilitating efficient workflow. The primary responsibility will be to act as the CEO's right-hand person, providing comprehensive administrative and organizational assistance to enhance productivity and effectiveness at the executive level.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Maintain and manage the CEO's complex schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prioritize appointments and ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
3. Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records. Conduct research and compile reports as required by the CEO, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
4. Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes. Follow up on action items and ensure timely execution of decisions made during meetings.
5. Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Anticipate travel needs and proactively address any potential issues or conflicts.
6. Assist the CEO in prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines. Exercise sound judgment and initiative in handling urgent matters and resolving issues promptly.
7. Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, clients, vendors, and team members. Represent the CEO professionally and effectively in various interactions.
8. Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives led by the CEO. Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful execution and completion of projects.
9. Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in all interactions and maintain strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum Diploma in any field, preferably related to Business Administration or Office Management.
2. Proven experience as personal assistant to senior management is an added advantage.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to details.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
6. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Demonstrated discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
8. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
9. Professional demeanour and commitment to providing high-quality support to the CEO
10. Good time management skills and punctuality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
