**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee & manage the full spectrum of HR functions.
- Perform end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offer management & onboarding.
- Maintain the daily operations of HR & Admin departments.
- Oversee & manage internal Human Resources & Administration functions.
- Perform the monthly payroll matters.
- Providing guidance & support to resolve employee relations issues.
- Ensuring HR policies, procedures & practices are consistent & compliant with Malaysia laws & regulations.
- Identifying training needs & developing training programs.
- Maintain records of benefit plans & employee statistics for government / statutory reporting / audits.
- Responsible for obtaining & renewing all necessary licenses & permits required to operate the business in Malaysia.
- Responsible for negotiating & executing tenancy agreements for office space, warehouses, or other premises used by the business.
- Procure the necessary insurance coverage for the business, including property insurance & workers' compensation insurance.
- Responsible for ensuring the company is in compliance with standards.
- Oversee the administration functions of the company, including managing office equipment & supplies, organizing company events & meetings & ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
- Any others add-hoc duties as when assigned by the superior or management.
**REQUIREMENT**
- Possess at least a Diploma, Degree, in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in a similar capacity.
- Proven administrative experience.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Familiar with Million Payroll HRMS will added an advantage.
