Human Resources Executive

Responsible for monthly payroll processing and payments are made in a timely and accurate manner.
- Managing an efficient system for personnel files to ensure the employee database is updated in a timely manner.
- Assist in the annual performance appraisal exercise, salary review and employee career progression update.
- Review and streamline the HR processes and policy for continuous improvement.
- Monitoring the foreign worker management regarding their work permit, disciplinary and liaising with agent if required.
- Travel to all Operating Units located in East Malaysia, as and when needed.
- Participate in any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Any job or responsibility assigned from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Knowledgeable in HR practices and Malaysia especially Sabah Labor Ordinance would be further advantage.
- Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Able to work under mínimal supervision and cooperative (Work in a team).
Pay: RM1,200.45 - RM3,449.67 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sungai Petani: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
