Human Resources Executive

**Positions Overview**
As a Human Resources Executive at Safari, you will play a crucial role in managing the human resources functions of the company. You will work closely with the HR team and senior management to develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and programs. Your responsibilities will encompass various HR areas, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR compliance.
**Responsibility**
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's objectives and industry trends to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and ensuring a supportive work environment.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee growth and productivity.
- Manage training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
- Ensure HR compliance with relevant laws and regulations and keep the company updated on any changes in HR-related legislation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Manage the end-to-end process of renewing workers' permits, ensuring timely submissions, documentation, and compliance with local labor laws and immigration regulations.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ISO procedures within the organization, ensuring that quality standards are upheld in all HR processes.
**Qualifications**
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a demonstrated track record in renewing workers' permits and managing ISO procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of labor laws, immigration regulations, and compliance requirements.
- ISO Certification: Certification in ISO procedures and quality management systems is a strong advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees, management, and external partners.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and adherence to procedures.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify HR-related challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HR software and tools.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
