An expanding property developer which developing a diverse range of commercial, industrial, and residential properties is seeking a highly organized and proactive **Admin Officer** to join the team.

As an **Admin Officer**, you will play a crucial role in
- supporting various administrative functions within the company
- ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow
- Manage office facilities and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate efficient communication and collaboration.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.

**To be successful in this role, you need to have**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
