Administrative Tasks in HR & Admin Dept include:

  • Managing Motor Vehicle Road Tax & Insurance
  • Handling General Insurance
  • Overseeing Office Facility, Company Assets, and Maintenance
  • Controlling Stationery Orders
  • Managing Medical Benefits and Billing
  • Processing Admin Purchase Requests
  • Handling Touch & Go Claim, Shell/Petron Card, Maxis, or other Telco accounts
  • Dealing with Foreign Worker Matters
  • Completing other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Administration/warehouse
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Ability to work independently with initiative and good interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
