To fully responsible on matters relating to HR/Admin Department.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Develop and maintain job descriptions and job specifications for all positions.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, compensation & etc.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management on areas of improvement.
Any other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities.

Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2 years of experience in HR Management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Experience with BrioHR and other HR-related software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
