To assist in admin work such as photocopy invoices, filling, sorting and printing.
- To attend/ receive/collect shop rental payment, apartment maintenance payment and monthly parking card payment.
- To attend walk in enquiry from outsider, tenant and customer.
- Maintain proper filing system.
- Handle data entry into computer system.
- Perform other general admin support tasks.
- To handle Account Payable and Account Receivable.
- Perform Ad Hoc tasks when required.

Personal Requirement:

- Malaysian only
- SPM and above
- Able to work as a team, willing and proactive learner with good initiative/attitude.
- PC literate
- Work 5.5 days a week (Alternate Saturday off)
