Job Descriptions:

  • Serve as the liaison between clients and sales person.
  • Assist to monitor sales person to ensure timely response customer inquires.
  • Responsible for prepare sales summary report.
  • Take ownership to ensure accurate data entry.
  • Ensure reports daily on traffic to sales manager.
  • Manage workflow by assigning tasks to other administrative employees daily.

Job Requirements:

  • Applicants must posses at least Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting or any related fields.
  • Preferably 1 year of working experience in admin tasks, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Words, PowerPoint is required.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English is essential.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,800.00 per month
