Sale Admin Executive

Job Descriptions:
- Serve as the liaison between clients and sales person.
- Assist to monitor sales person to ensure timely response customer inquires.
- Responsible for prepare sales summary report.
- Take ownership to ensure accurate data entry.
- Ensure reports daily on traffic to sales manager.
- Manage workflow by assigning tasks to other administrative employees daily.
Job Requirements:
- Applicants must posses at least Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting or any related fields.
- Preferably 1 year of working experience in admin tasks, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Words, PowerPoint is required.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English is essential.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Pay:
RM2, RM3,800.00 per month
