**Job Descriptions**:
**1. Administrative Support**:
- Assist the Company Secretary and the team with daily administrative tasks.
- Manage the department’s schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and supporting documents.
**2.Document Management**:
- Maintain and update corporate records, including registers, minute books, and statutory documents
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of documents, both physical and electronic.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory filings and returns to relevant authorities.
**3.Compliance and Governance**:
- Support the Company Secretary in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documents for board meetings and shareholder meetings.
- Help monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment.
**4.Coordination and Communication**:
- Act as a liaison between the Company Secretary department and other departments within the organization.
- Facilitate communication with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, auditors, and legal advisors.
- Coordinate the distribution of documents to board members and other relevant parties.
**5. Project Assistance**:
- Assist in special projects as required, such as corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes to improve departmental efficiency.
**6.Other Duties**:
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Company Secretary or department head.
**Job Requirements**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiently in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with corporate governance practices and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
