We are currently seeking a HR cum Admin Manager/Assistant Manager who can fill this role immediately.
Role Description:
Human Resource
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR cum Admin Manager at Experiential Design Team in Kuala Lumpur. The HR cum Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, coordinating and organizing administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. The role also involves managing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining personnel records, handling payroll and benefits administration, and supporting the team with other administrative tasks as needed.
Administrative Management
- Supervise administrative staff and oversee day-to-day office operations.
Manage office facilities and equipment, including procurement, maintenance, and inventory control.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events for staff members and executives.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Process monthly expenses claims, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely reimbursement to employees.
- Coordinate vendor payments, verifying invoices, and processing payments in accordance with payment terms and budgetary constraints.
- Issue invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to facilitate prompt payment.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong knowledge and experience in HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, and payroll administration
- Proficiency in handling administrative tasks, such as organizing meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Knowledge of using Xero would be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
