Skop Kerja:

- Memperbaharui permit, Visa dan passport pekerja asing
- Menguruskan FOMEMA dan kemasukan hostel pekerja asing
- Mengemaskini kedatangan pekerja asing
- Membantu urusan dokumentasi pejabat
- Berurusan dengan agensi dan pihak berkuasa tempatan untuk semua penyerahan dokumentasi menyelaraskan dan mengesahkan pembayaran yang diperlukan (seperti levi, VDR, insurans dll)
- Memastikan proses permohonan pekerja asing mematuhi semua peraturan dan peraturan kerajaan
- Berhubung dengan pihak penguatkuasa yang berkaitan (JTK, Polis, Imigresen), jika mana-mana pekerja asing berada di bawah jagaan.
- Mengendalikan keluar dan masuk pekerja asing dari lapangan terbang dan melakukan pelepasan, menjalankan induksi, pemeriksaan kesihatan, pembukaan akaun bank atau sebagainya
- Berhubung dengan pihak penguatkuasa yang berkaitan (JTK, Polis, Imigresen)
- Sebarang Adhoc task dari pihak atasan dari semasa ke semasa

Kelayakan:

- Mempunyai Diploma/ Degree dalam bidang Pengurusan Sumber Manusia, Pengurusan Perniagaan atau sebagainya.
- Sekurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang berkaitan.
- Pernah menguruskan urusan berkaitan kemasukan pekerja asing
- Willing to travel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
