Procurement Assistant / Purchasing Assistant

  • Working hour 9am6pm

The Procurement Officer reports to the procurement supervisor and assists in all documentation and coordination of project matters.

A summary of the responsibilities for this position is, and not limited to, as follows:

  • Ensure proper documentation of all projects related matters.
  • To work closely with General Manager to ensure proper documentation of materials control.
  • Assist in the procurement of suppliers of specified materials.
  • Value Add of Position
  • Help the project's bottom line by rigorously monitoring and implementing cost controls.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience

Salary:
RM6, RM6,300.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Procurement: 1 year (required)
