Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that the quality of incoming products is in accordance with specification.
  • Ensuring that nonconforming products are not used unless properly reviewed and approved.
  • Ensuring that inspection and test record sand status are properly maintained.
  • To liaise with Purchasing Department according to yearly RoHS Test (ICP Data) as per customer requirement.
  • To incharge of the controlling master copy of Quality Management System document such as Quality Manual, Quality Procedure and supportive document.
  • To ensure all controlled document are available at points of use.
  • To ensure that changes and the current revision status of documents are been identified.
  • Monitor QA Inspector during Incoming Inspection, Process Inspection and Final Inspection.
  • To liaise with Purchasing according to yearly RoHS Test (ICP Data) as per customer requirement.
  • To update ICP Data on GP Web System as per customer request.
  • Ensuring the Final Inspections and tests are carried out in conformance with the documented procedure.
  • To arrange QA manpower to support production during overtime.
  • To incharge rework/sorting at customer site.
  • Monitoring inspection and test resultant requesting necessary corrective action when necessary.
  • To support HOD in ensuring the housekeeping and safe work ethics being practice by below subordinate.
  • To support HOD in maintaining of Quality Management System (QMS).
  • To carry out any other duties and adhoc assignments, as ad when required

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
  • Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
  • Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
