Responsibilities:

  • Provides general administrative support, filing of documents including annual returns, audited reports, and resolutions to ensure organizational compliance
  • Arranging courier tasks via Public Courier, Citylink, and Grab
  • To assist secretary senior/manager to carry out secretarial works and ensure job is completed on time
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Handle adhoc tasks related to secretary matters, when required

Requirements:

  • Possess at least SPM or equivalent certificates
  • General computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Good command in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese
  • Working experience is not required for fresh graduates, and shortterm working experience is an added advantage
  • Able to work independently and work well under pressure
  • Must know how to write and read Mandarin
