Administrative Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Provides general administrative support, filing of documents including annual returns, audited reports, and resolutions to ensure organizational compliance
- Arranging courier tasks via Public Courier, Citylink, and Grab
- To assist secretary senior/manager to carry out secretarial works and ensure job is completed on time
- Ability to work in a team
- Handle adhoc tasks related to secretary matters, when required
Requirements:
- Possess at least SPM or equivalent certificates
- General computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Good command in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese
- Working experience is not required for fresh graduates, and shortterm working experience is an added advantage
- Able to work independently and work well under pressure
- Must know how to write and read Mandarin
