To share the accountability in achieving and growing Client's revenue target as per business plan by executing the right tactical framework with regards to technical solution.


  • To execute the planned marketing strategy together with sales through aggressive product "push and drive" activities
  • To execute business consultation and product solution units in collaboration with the sales channels in providing the right consultation and services to MCS1 customers (not limited to Celcom and Digi).
  • To execute bidding participation and submission in order to ensure its timeliness, quality and competitiveness during presales and initial project management phase
  • To execute the direction given on the right strategy and the components integration for service trial to customer or solution Proof of Concept (POC) to satisfy the endtoend services with the required quality and effectiveness
  • To collect and analyze data for Client's management reporting for further review of strategic formulation and tactical execution for better quality of solution and continuous revenue growth
  • To execute and drive the collaboration with product houses across division as well as external suppliers to continuously improve Client's solution and packaging based on the MCS1 market needs
  • To participate and practice the internalization of team spirit among related parties to deliver excellent customer service with regards to technical solution related project
  • To perform network feasibility, consolidate infra check result and establish service network design
  • To derive & Analyze Cost Elements
  • IP network, physical infrastructure & outsourced options
Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering/ Telecommunications/ Sales/ Marketing/ Business field
  • Abel to represent Client as professional consultant and possess ability to convince customer to subscribed Client's services
  • Able to motivate in a teamoriented, collaborative environment.
  • Able to manage time and resources efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A quick or fast learner especially in technological aspect in understanding customer's requirements

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
RM2, RM2,600.00 per month
