**You will play an important role in**:

- Assist in planning, coordinating and implementing sales and marketing strategies and campaigns to promote company's projects
- Conduct market survey and prepare market/competitor analysis to evaluate market trend, competition ventures to develop efficient strategies
- Coordinating marketing campaigns & sales activities.
- To prepare presentation slides for marketing purpose & execute necessary marketing & Sales activities.
- To monitor A&P budget and expenditure within approved budget.
- To execute necessary marketing & sales activities as planned.
- Conducting marketing competitor research.
- Handling social media & content marketing and visual.
- Assist in preparation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, sales kit, leaflets, banners, digital marketing, video & etc.
- Organised on site event, roadshow.
- Liaise with vendors/external parties of their services provided, quotations and jobs delivery on timely manner.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments efficiently.
- Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior from time to time.

**Who are we looking for**:

- Qualification: Diploma/Certificate from Higher Learning Institutions;
- Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in property development industry.
- Aggressive; Self-motivated willing to take the initiative, result oriented and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong and excellent communications skills with good interpersonal attitude.
- Good behavioral competency with interpersonal on analytical, problem solving, result focused, Customer Focused and continuous learning.
- Able to establish good rapport with all stakeholders internally and externally.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel locally or outstation.
- Sales driven and independent in a fast-pace environment.
- Language profesion English, Malay & Chinese.
