Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize paperwork, documentation, and files related.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of workers schedules, reports, and other relevant documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and training sessions for workers and staff.
  • Act as a liaison between production teams, management, and other departments.
  • Facilitate effective communication by disseminating relevant information.
  • Collaborate with other administrative professionals to ensure seamless operations.
  • Act as a liaison between teams, management, and other departments.
  • Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the facilities in the factory.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and machinery.
  • Ensure that maintenance activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Address and resolve administrative issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a production or manufacturing setting.
  • Minimum 23 years working experience in Business Administration or Health, Safety and Environmental working experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Selfmotivated. Continuous learning and selfdevelopment.
  • Strong and firm in decision making during emergency.

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
