**Main Duty**
- As the liaison officer of the Department with other departments, Clients and Government agencies related to the projects, operations within the scope of responsibilities
- Assisting HR Manager in coordination of day-to-day operations of the HR & Admin Department
- Record keeping and updates of operations and contract personnel movement and assignment
- Manage expatriate details, including processing of visas, work permits and other necessary documentation.
- Process and manage employee data, including new hire onboarding, employee transfers and terminations.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and advertisements.
- Assist in making travel arrangements and hotel bookings.
- To provide administrative support as required.
- Supporting preboarding and onboarding activities.
- To cooperate and follow all company rules and regulations and understanding all company policies, procedures and work instructions which related to the duties and follow quality, environment, safety and health system.
- Liaison with other project team on manpower supplies matters

**Authority**
- Rejection of any travelling booking request without approval.

Education : Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or Management

Work Experience : 3 Years Minimum

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
