Monitor service provider performance in housekeeping and laundry operations

in Buildings and Common Areas.
- Assist in the coordination and preparation of office space under Building Office Rental and liaise with clients.
- Handle activities and maintaining of records related to inventory
- Monitor customer feedbacks in all areas and coordinate with service providers
- Conduct periodical and reviews with service providers.
- Coordinates and engage with clients for rooms division meetings.
- Assist on ad hoc task as and when required within the department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pengerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Admin Operations: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- D (preferred)
