Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information and clerical support to the department regarding admin activities, policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Update records and/or inputting information into the computer system.
  • Collection of timesheet & attendance for employees.
  • Administration of all work passes, including entrance to the designated work site.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Plan and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Serve as a point person for mailing, office supplies and errands.
  • Screen and distribute mail, fax, and any other documents.
  • Demonstrate utmost discretion in dealing with sensitive firm and personal information.
  • Possess a proactive character that is able to work independently and in a team.
  • Execute any other adhoc duties or projects as may be assigned.

Key Requirements:

  • Computer skills (Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
  • Familiar with Unit4 Prosoft is an advantage.
  • Diary/schedule management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong coordination and followup skills.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Good understanding of administrative process management.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,600.00 per month
