Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information and clerical support to the department regarding admin activities, policies, processes, and procedures.
- Update records and/or inputting information into the computer system.
- Collection of timesheet & attendance for employees.
- Administration of all work passes, including entrance to the designated work site.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Plan and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Serve as a point person for mailing, office supplies and errands.
- Screen and distribute mail, fax, and any other documents.
- Demonstrate utmost discretion in dealing with sensitive firm and personal information.
- Possess a proactive character that is able to work independently and in a team.
- Execute any other adhoc duties or projects as may be assigned.
Key Requirements:
- Computer skills (Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
- Familiar with Unit4 Prosoft is an advantage.
- Diary/schedule management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and followup skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Good understanding of administrative process management.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Salary:
RM1, RM2,600.00 per month
