Responsible for day-to-day admin and accounts administration tasks.

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies related to recordkeeping.
  • Responsible for the entire Office Administration, monitoring of the office general repair & maintenance, company vehicle road tax & insurance renewal, business licenses & certificates renewal, stationery management, office system, equipment, etc.
  • Any other ad hoc assignment.
