Key Responsibilities:

Create and modify detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor) to support the customization of products according to client specifications.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to understand project requirements and translate them into accurate technical drawings.
Generate and maintain comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) for new and customized products, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Update and maintain CAD database for new and existing products, organizing files and ensuring version control.
Assist in making models and prototypes for new products.
Assist in the review and validation of drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
Provide support to manufacturing and production teams by resolving drawingrelated inquiries and facilitating smooth implementation of design changes.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CAD technology, recommending process improvements and best practices for enhanced efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
Proven experience working as a Draftsperson or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor) with a strong understanding of 2D and 3D modeling techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings according to specifications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM) management and CAD database maintenance preferred.
Proficient in Tolerance Stack Up and GD&T is an advantage.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
