Livestream Operations Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for market analysis and comprehensive management of the store, including the development and execution of product sales plans.

Ensure the security and stability of the store, maintaining a high rating and credibility.

Provide feedback, correct information on product shortages, inventory, and other data statistics.


Monitor and assess product sales and ranking on the platform, make timely adjustments, manage and upload products, and execute regular promotional activities.

Regularly update and track customer evaluations and maintain customer relationships.

Coordinate with the backend for order fulfillment and handle customer complaints promptly.

Accomplish relevant tasks based on the provided guidelines.


Identify and cultivate individuals who meet the criteria and have monetization potential, establish a pool of influencers (KOLs), and actively pursue business collaborations.


Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in TK (TikTok), Facebook, or cross-border e-commerce operations.

Experience in short video platforms like Douyin (TikTok), livestreaming, and influencer marketing.

Strong execution skills and ability to work under pressure.

Proficiency in operating overseas social media platforms.

Salary and Benefits:
Base salary ranges from 3000RM to 5000RM, and employees are eligible for team-based commissions and project management bonuses.
