  • Be the focal point of communication on quality matters affecting strategic accounts especially in China.
  • Actively engage with Failure Analysis team and cowork on urgent and complex customer quality issues.
  • Be the interface between Failure Analysis Engineering and Field Sales Organization on timely communication of the status and results of failure analysis concerning customer RMAs.
  • Define and implement product quality planning and control process based on customers' specifications and requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to issue product change notification to customers.
  • Actively interface with Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Test Engineering, and other Engineering groups to achieve timely resolution of customer quality problems.
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions resulting from customer RMA issues.

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer quality engineering involving integrated circuits. Managerial experience preferred.
  • Language skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Overseas travel will be required as needed.
