Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required and seven years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with all departments and provide technical support on quality issues.
