Responsibilities:

Assist with new employee onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of required paperwork.

Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.

Benefits Administration:
Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation policies.
Coordinate open enrollment periods and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.

HR Administration and Compliance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HRIS (Human Resources Information System), and other documentation.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Prepare reports related to HR metrics, such as turnover rates, headcount, and training initiatives.

Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Assist in organizing and delivering training sessions on various HR-related topics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience working in an HR role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HRrelated software.

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
