Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to perform Quality check on Cutting, bending, welding, assembly, lathe, grinding, tapping, painting, installation & commissioning and other production process timely.
  • Inspects and approved incoming outsourced products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable products.
  • Inspect inprocess production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurements test, communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
  • Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurements test, returning products for rework and confirming rework.
  • Documents inspection, measurements and test data in the correct forms as specified in the Quality Handbook and generate all the required quality inspection document report for customer.
  • Safeguard equipment by exercising due care in their use so that readability and performance of the equipment in maintained.
  • Ensure that measuring equipment is stored safely to protect against damage or loss.
  • Inform immediate superior and production personnel promptly when any nonconformance is identified during inspection or any unresolved matters pertaining to issues of nonconformity so that corrective action can be taken.

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1 year experience in QA/QC department. Experience of Visual Welding Inspector will be added advantage.
  • Fresh graduate is welcomed as training will be provided.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of testing requirement as detailed in product specification and knowledge of operating testing/measuring equipment is preferable.
  • Hight motivated and able to work with minimum supervision. Proactive thinking with "can do" attitude.
