- 專案管理:主導關鍵項目,包括會計系統的遷移以及與銷售到收款流程相關的系統升級。您將與 IT、銷售和其他關鍵部門協調,確保無縫整合和實施,維持整個組織的流暢且有效率的工作流程

技能和資格
- 教育背景: 金融、會計、銀行或相關領域本科或以上學歷
- 經驗要求:至少6年相關經驗,最好有零售業和連鎖店營運經驗
- 領導技能:經過驗證的人員管理能力,包括輔導、發展和激勵。
- 技術能力:對與應收帳款相關的會計原理有深入的了解,熟練使用 MS Office,並對 IT 創新有鑑賞力。
- 分析能力:出色的解決問題的能力、建立資訊的能力以及向各個利害關係人有效展示的能力。
- 語言能力:英語口語和書面流利。
- 個人特質:獨立、注重結果、具備優秀的溝通和人際溝通能力。願意根據需要長時間工作。
