Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Lead and coordinate the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and effective placements.

Employee Relations:

  • Manage employee relations and address any concerns or conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of open communication.

Performance Management:

  • Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goalsetting and performance reviews.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing performance issues.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
  • Work with department heads to ensure employee development aligns with organizational goals.

Compliance and Policies:

  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws.
  • Keep abreast of industry best practices and recommend updates to policies when necessary.

Heavy Industry Focus:

  • Bring indepth knowledge of HR practices within heavy industries, with a specific emphasis on mechanical sectors.
  • Understand the unique HR challenges and requirements associated with the heavy industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a significant portion in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in heavy industries, particularly in mechanical sectors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.

Salary:
RM5, RM8,000.00 per month
