Responsibilities:
_

  • Possess a management ability that ensure a successful handling of the banquet.
  • Guest oriented, able to creating and meeting service standards with confidence.
  • Always be informed of special/festive events.
  • Make sure that all supplies and materials are available beforehand.
  • Coordinating with the venue manager to ensure the event runs smoothly.
  • Forecasting workloads and checking work schedules prepared by Manager.
  • Ensuring that all employees working at events receive the necessary training, are versed with venue layout and protocol.
  • Perform any other tasks or projects as assigned by your superior from time to time.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_

  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience required in a similar position of F&B Services.
  • Completion of a Food Service administration, hotel or restaurant management course is an asset.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Good Communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent Organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the products, services, sector, industry and local area
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
