Banquet Supervisor

_**Responsibilities**:_
- Possess a management ability that ensure a successful handling of the banquet.
- Guest oriented, able to creating and meeting service standards with confidence.
- Always be informed of special/festive events.
- Make sure that all supplies and materials are available beforehand.
- Coordinating with the venue manager to ensure the event runs smoothly.
- Forecasting workloads and checking work schedules prepared by Manager.
- Ensuring that all employees working at events receive the necessary training, are versed with venue layout and protocol.
- Perform any other tasks or projects as assigned by your superior from time to time.
- **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:_
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience required in a similar position of F&B Services.
- Completion of a Food Service administration, hotel or restaurant management course is an asset.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Good Communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Excellent Organizational skills
- Knowledge of the products, services, sector, industry and local area
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Masai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Banquet: 2 years (preferred)
- F&B Management: 2 years (preferred)
