As an Administrative Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting operations and contributing to organisational efficiency.

You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to various departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and assisting in the coordination of key projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Support day to day centre operations.
  • Manage the scheduling of staff rosters.
  • Provide daily oversight of student interns.
  • Support HR activities such as recruitment coordination and employee onboarding.
  • Assist with staff reimbursement claims processing.
  • Assist with the administration tasks for Organisational events.
  • Maintain and update administrative systems and databases.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as necessary.
  • Handle inquiries and requests from clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Preferably with written and verbal fluency in English, Malay & Mandarin.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or related field preferred.

Pay:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
