Qoala is looking for an Operations Admin/Regulatory Affairs Admin to ensure smooth operations, regulatory compliance, and financial management within our organization.

In this role, you will provide administrative support, maintain documentation, and assist in regulatory adherence. This includes financial administration, coordinating meetings, facilitating communication between departments.


Qoala is seeking an individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations, which are imperative.


Responsibilities:

  • To ensure regulatory compliance reviewed and approved by the regulator.
  • Stay updated with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards applicable to the organization.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of regulatory compliance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Help prepare and submit regulatory reports, registrations, and other documentation as required.
  • Assist in financial administration, expense tracking and support the finance team in maintaining financial records.
  • Adhoc daily requests as and when required by all team leads and members pertaining to business operations.

What you'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., regulatory affairs, finance, business administration) or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in regulatory affairs, operations administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the industry is desirable.
  • Basic understanding of financial processes and terminology.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in the Bahasa Melayu & English language.
