Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth running.

  • Responsible for organizing and archiving documents to ensure accuracy and security.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, and prepare meeting materials.
  • Manage internal and external communications for the company.
  • Execute directives from management and handle daily administrative tasks.
  • Oversee the procurement and maintenance of office supplies to ensure adequacy.
  • Provide administrative support and services to employees, such as processing salaries and benefits.
  • Participate in project management to ensure timely completion

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
From RM3,000.00 per month
