Inventory & Admin Executive

Perform day to day general admin and clerical duties
- Generating monthly invoices in accordance with established billing procedures.
- Compiling purchase orders and maintaining a comprehensive record of all orders placed to facilitate efficient order tracking
- Conducting periodic materials inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels of materials.
- Overseeing the entire process of receiving, and tracking materials.
- Managing filing systems and performing administrative duties to maintain organized and accessible records.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Attend to any other matters as assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Superior.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in any relevant field
- Proven work experience as Admin / Inventory admin
- Hands-on experience with office software and equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 per month
