Admin Executive

Responsibilities:
- Managing in monthly office stationery, photocopy, machine services, pest control, aircon services etc.
- Raise PR & PO for respective asset manager.
- Manage online database and document filling.
- Printing & laminating notices.
- To compile/update fire extinguisher renewal & smoke detector report.
- Monitor and assign hostel inventory tagging include missing and re-issuing. Assisting in hostel inventory stock recalibration.
- Raise Purchase Request (PR) only for hostel & office related purchase only (support only)
- Keep track agreements, license and certificates for expiry & renewal
- Send schedule report.
Qualification:
- Preferably SPM/Diploma/Bachelor Degree
- Detailed oriented, documentation, analytic, communication and problem solving skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
