Job Descriptions:

- Responsible for and follow through the whole process of order processing from order-related information requests from customer, delivery, service and coordinate with other departments to ensure high standard of customer service.
- To manage sales order timely, accurate and compliant processing
- To check with PMO or other relevant stakeholders to ensure all incoming orders able to fulfilled on time.
- To monitor order processing flows and collaboratively respond to potential delivery or product availability problems and communicate with customer timely.
- To communicate with internal departments to resolve aging transaction and propose proper suggestion.
- Assures timely and useful updates on orders and project status to relevant stakeholders.
- To maintain good communications with customers, company's engineering, procurement and operation teams.
- To prepare sales reports for the management
- To assist on spare parts database management.
- To assist on the preparation of marketing materials.
- To handle any other duties and responsibilities which may assign from superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
- At least one year experience in the areas of sales admin or similar industry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
