Ensure Purchasing functions and activities are performed in accordance to established specifications, procedures and policies.
- Execution of Purchasing activities in a professional, cost effective and efficient manner.
- Supporting PO processing as assigned by management or as required.
- Provide assistance and specialized support to Requestors/Procurement/Receiving in the identification and specification of materials, goods, equipment or services needed
- To investigate, provide quick and effective responses to resolve any issues/complaints arising from recipients or ordered goods/services on a timely manner
- To interact closely with other departments on matters requiring GSM support.
- Follow-up on order commitments by suppliers to ensure on-time-delivery.
- Resolve accounts payable issues and receiving discrepancies
- Ensure PO acknowledgment from vendor for all PO issued
- Work on special contracts or projects as assigned by management or as required, using approved guidelines.

Minimum requirement(s):

- Minimum Education Qualification(s): Bachelor's Degree (Business Management, Admin and other non-technical education background)
- Fresh graduates are preferred for this position, **and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
