As an Admin Assistant Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the administrative functions of our organization. You will gain valuable hands-on experience by working closely with our team and contributing to various tasks essential for the smooth operation of our business

Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately input and maintain data related to medical claims, leaves, and project invoices in appropriate databases and systems, and assist in creating and updating reports as required by the HR and Project Management teams.

Medical Claims and Leaves: Assist in processing and calculating medical claims & leaves for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, and help maintain records of medical claims and leaves, keeping them updated and organized for easy retrieval.

Invoice Management: Assist in processing invoices related to various projects, ensuring that they are correctly documented and submitted in a timely manner, and coordinate with project managers and finance personnel to resolve any invoicing discrepancies and follow up on payment status.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, demonstrating the willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculating and processing medical claims, leaves, and invoices.

Contract length: 4 months

Salary:
RM800.00 per month
